As we begin 2022 it is important to take stock of progress made in 2021. It was a challenging year in many ways, yet City Council, City Staff, and community partners were also busy on many important city-building projects that improve our community and tackle key challenges we face.

In conjunction with Health Care Appreciation Week, the Mayor and City Council invite residents to create a community thank-you card acknowledging Saskatoon’s health care workers for their dedication and care to our community.
Seeing the video of the violent attempted arrest of an Indigenous woman in a parking lot right here in our City made me angry. This violence needs to stop.
